My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were comfortable and reasonably spacious, and the incredible breakfast spread was a delightful touch. However, the temperature in the room was a bit too cold for my liking. The service was satisfactory, with meticulous cleaning and helpful staff, although some members were not as cooperative except for Furat, who stood out as a good and cooperative team member. The location was a bit far from the Metro station, making it inconvenient for traveling around Istanbul. The dining experience was mediocre, with limited variety and quality of food. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities offered were decent.

The hotel offers very comfortable and peaceful rooms, though a bit smaller than expected based on photos. The service was a mix of struggles in English communication but redeemed by the extremely helpful and friendly Veysel. The location, although up the Sisli hill, proved excellent with very responsive staff. The dining experience was nice sitting outside but lacking variety. Overall, a decent hotel with ups and downs.

I encountered some difficulty communicating in English with the staff, but Veysel was an absolute gem, extremely helpful and friendly.

Despite being up the Sisli hill, the hotel location was excellent with very responsive staff. It's a bit challenging to find but worth it, situated near key metro stations and attractions like Nisantasi and Cevahir mall.
